This condo is privately owned. It really feels like living in a house since there's a back door and your parking is right there. The grounds are beautiful and make you feel like you are in a wonderful oasis in the middle of the city. In the morning there's lovely morning light in the kitchen, breakfast nook and patio, and in the afternoon there's bright sunshine flowing into the living room and bedroom. The neighbors are all really mellow, nice, and quiet. It's a very pet-friendly place as just about everybody, owners and renter, have a dog or a cat or both!
